Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope
- Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences
Service Delivery
- All installations comply with South African National Standards (SANS)
- Work is performed by qualified and certified technicians
- Completion timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
- Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
- A deposit may be required before work commences
- Final payment is due upon completion and acceptance of work
- Late payment may incur interest charges as permitted by law
Warranties
- We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual agreements
- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers
- Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Receive goods and services that are of good quality
- Cancel certain agreements within the cooling-off period
- Fair and responsible marketing practices
- Protection against unfair contract terms
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
